Q: How do I place an order?

A: Orders can be made on the contact us page. You will receive a confirmation text message from us to finalize details.

Q: How many days in advance do we need to make an order?

A: For Signature Cookies, orders need to be made 3 days prior to desired pickup date.
For Custom Sugar Cookies, orders need to be made 7 days in advance.
For Cakes, Cupcakes, or Cake Pops, orders need to be made 7 days in advance.

Q: I need an expedited order! Is that possible?

A: Availability will be assessed upon request, but don’t worry - I’m here to help! An expedited fee will be calculated dependent on how many days notice we get and complexity of order.

Q: Do you do pickup and delivery?

A: While we suggest pickup, we can arrange delivery for an extra fee based on your location.

When placing your order, please indicate if you’d like your order to be delivered. We’ll share the pricing and discuss availability details.

Q: I have specific allergen concerns. How do you accommodate them?

A: We take allergen concerns very seriously. Please let us know in the message box on the contact us page about any allergies when you place your order. We also take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, but please be aware that our kitchen handles various ingredients. Your safety is our priority, and we’re here to help you find the right cake!

We offer some allergen-free options, like vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free desserts.

Q: What is your preferred payment method?

A: Venmo, Zelle, or cash is preferred.

Q: I have specific designs in mind for my Custom Sugar Cookie order. Is it possible to send inspiration photos?

A: We ENCOURAGE it! While we can’t guarantee that it will be replicated 100%, we highly recommend sending inspiration photos (i.e. from Pinterest or Google). Once we reach out to you via email following order submission, we would love any and all inspiration photos to ensure complete satisfaction!
